Have you ever noticed how poor the warranties are on new appliances or electronics you have bought lately? It's amazing to me to see that now days you are lucky to get even a year of coverage on something that is brand new from the manufacturer. I have actually seen instances lately of only 90 days warranty on something new. And then there is always something in the fine print that basically makes it useless anyway.
At Bettor Slots, our refurbished machine's warranty is one of the best in the business. Here is what you get:
- Lifetime phone support. Need help on how to change a bulb or add paper to the printer? We are here for you whatever you issue may be. If you doubt this, check out what some of our past clients have to say by clicking on the "PAST CLIENTS" tab to the left.
- One year on all non-expendable parts. These machines are built for the rigor's of constant play in the casinos so it is very unlikely you will have issues with anything, but just in case you get bumper to bumper coverage other than bulbs, batteries, and monitors. If you have a problem after warranty we do our best to keep a supply of parts on hand and make them available to you at competitive prices. If a particular part is not in our stock, we will do what we can to try and find it for you.
- 90 Days on any casino used CRT or LCD monitors. This includes video slot monitors, Vision top box LCD's, Baly Alpha top box and bottom box monitors, and Reel Touch LCD monitors / computers. If you purchase a new LCD from us for you video slot, it comes with a 1 year warranty direct from the manufacturer.
- We have a simple policy on replacement parts. Just return to us the part for inspection / serial number verification, and we will ship out a replacement the next business day.
