It is not often that I am impressed, but my new "Bucks Ahoy" is over the top!!  You have done an excellent job of restoring this machine and way undersold your abilities to me.  The quality of this machine is the best I have ever seen.  If anyone ever questions your machines or your ability to restore to new condition, please give them my email.    Your attention to detail is awesome and your follow-threw after my purchase and delivery was impeccable.  I could not believe how clean the machine was...I mean I could have set my lunch inside the machine without any worries.  You are the best seller that I have ever come across.  I know anyone reading this must think I am blowing smoke, but you are really that good.  I can not wait to buy my next machine.  You have earned my business for life.

I would like to thank Jim for making my dream slot come true.  I’m sure like the rest of people that frequent casino’s, everyone has their favorite slot.  My wife and I both love the Triple Double Stars theme and these machines don’t show up very often.  In fact I only found one other nationwide and it was almost double the price of what I paid Jim.

I have been buying slots for 3 years now and made the mistake of buying too quickly, too cheaply, too pricey,  and in too poor of a condition from slot vendors big and small.  The typical end result was that I got a machine that was far from being clean as stated and often times some things did not work  properly or for long.

When it came time to get my Triple Double Stars I knew I would not make the same mistakes. When I first started emailing Jim about my quest I told him all the things I wanted in this machine which included: Backlit Reels, Enhanced Sound Board,Ticket Printer, Player Tracking, and most important Clean Chrome.  He assured me that was exactly what I would get.

I had several big surprises during the process.  One, he was actually willing to talk to me on the phone for significant lengths of time to discuss my needs and concerns.  Two, instead of me constantly calling him to see if my machine was ready as I often had to with other dealers for some times weeks, Jim actually beat me to the punch.  He would constantly call or email me pictures with updates on his progress.  And the biggest of surprises, he had the darn thing built and delivered to me in only 5 days...wow!!!

So anyone that is looking for that special slot you can’t go wrong with Jim.  A man who I feel goes the extra mile and would not sell a machine he wouldn’t put in his own home.

I just wanted to let you know how happy I am with the Haywire Deluxe machine I purchased from you.  This is one of the cleanest slot machines I have ever seen.   Honestly, words can't describe how great it is.   If anyone were to look inside or out they would think that it was brand new.   Not only does the machine look good it is mechanically one of the best I have seen.    The reels run whisper quiet, hopper functions flawlessly and your custom modification of the LED buttons shine with super bright white and green.

I want to thank you for the Creature machine. Everyone enjoys it and you can tell it was refurbished with great care and attention to detail.   I appreciate also meeting with someone who obviously takes pride in his workmanship .  Your knowledge of the subject will be very valuable to me in the future as I am sure I will have lots of questions as I get deeper into this hobby. My previous hobby direction and knowledge  was from more of a Pinball /arcade area. Although they are similar there are a ton of things I look forward to learning and doing business with you again.

My wife and I would like to Thank You for the amazing machines you sold us.  The DD Haywire and the 9 Line Triple Diamond slot machines look great in our game room.  We haven't stopped  playing them since they arrived!  I still can't believe how easy it was to order from you.  You answered every question we had and even went into detail to help explain how each machine worked.  Shipping the machines out to us was a very smooth transaction and we were very impressed with how well the machines were wrapped and crated.  Thumbs up! I have to say the best part of this experience was the many phone conversations we had about slot machines in general.  You always took time out of your busy day to answer my call or respond to my emails.   More companies should practice your customer service!  On that note, my wife and I have already made plans to purchase another machine from you...I guess Christmas is coming early this year!!!
